These terms are a simple use policy for True-Blue. By using the app, you agree to use it only with mutual consent and in a lawful, respectful way.
1) Use of the app
True-Blue is designed for consenting partners to communicate, share memories, and optionally share location or selected notification updates. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and respectfully.
2) Mutual consent and safety
- Do not use True-Blue to stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate, coerce, monitor, or control another person.
- Location sharing and notification sharing must be enabled only with the informed consent of both partners.
- Either partner can turn off sharing features in settings.
- If a partner asks you to stop sharing, monitoring, or contacting them, you must respect that request.
3) Your content
You keep responsibility for messages, photos, videos, audio, profile information, and other content you send or upload. Do not upload illegal, abusive, non-consensual, or infringing content.
4) Account security
You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
5) Service availability
We try to keep True-Blue reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time availability. Location, notification, chat, media, and call features may depend on permissions, device settings, network coverage, battery restrictions, and third-party services.
6) No emergency service
True-Blue is not an emergency response service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
7) Privacy and deletion
Your use of the app is also covered by our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account using the in-app delete option or the Delete Account Page.
8) Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
