Delete your True Blue account

Account deletion permanently removes your True Blue account data and the shared couple space from our active systems.

Important: When you delete your account, deletion is permanent. If your account is paired, the shared couple space is also deleted, including shared chat, media, location history and partner notification records. Your partner will be shown that the partner account was deleted and will need to sign in again to start fresh.

1) Delete in the app

  1. Open True Blue.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to Profile or Settings.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Read the confirmation message and tap Delete permanently.

2) Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address and we will process your request after verification.

If you are paired, deleting your account also removes the shared couple space for both users. Your partner's app profile/couple data in True Blue is reset. The partner app will show a message such as “Your partner deleted their account” and a Back to login option so the partner can start fresh.

After deletion, if you install True Blue again and sign in, the app starts fresh. You will need to generate a new pair code or pair with a partner again.

7) Timeline

In-app deletion is processed immediately on our active backend systems. Verified email deletion requests are usually completed within 7–30 days. If more information is needed to verify the account, we will reply by email.
